Using Scorecord

You may use Scorecord for personal, recreational and club scoring. By using the app or this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Your account

You can score without an account. To go live or back up matches you sign in with Google, Apple or an email code. Keep your sign-in details accurate and keep access to your device and sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the team names, player names and score data you enter. When you back up a match or make it live, you give Scorecord permission to store, host and display that content as needed to run those features, including showing a live match to people who have the link.

Live links

Live links are public by choice. Anyone with the link can see the match, so you are responsible for what you publish. Keep personal information out of team and player names, and only share matches you are happy to make public.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use Scorecord for anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, or to impersonate someone;
• enter content that is hateful, harassing or infringes someone else’s rights;
• scrape, overload or try to break or bypass the service or its security;
• resell or misuse live matches or other users’ content.

Scorecord Pro

Scorecord Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription, or as a lifetime one-time purchase. Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can manage or cancel them at any time in your store account. Lifetime access is a single payment that does not renew. Refunds and billing records follow the store’s policies. See the Pro page for current plans.

Ads and availability

The free version shows ads. We work to keep Scorecord running, but we may change, suspend or remove features, and we do not promise uninterrupted live syncing. Scoring on your device works without a connection.

Disclaimers and liability

Scorecord is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep scoring accurate, but you are responsible for checking the results of any match that matters. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using Scorecord at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other people.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Scorecord changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Scorecord after a change means you accept it. Questions? Email support@solenyx.studio.
