My live link will not open the match
Make sure the Scorecord app is installed and up to date, then tap the link again. If it opens in a browser instead of the app, open it from your messaging app rather than from inside another app’s built-in browser. If it still fails, ask the scorer to check that the match is still live and to send a fresh link.
I lost signal while scoring a live match
Keep scoring. Every ball is saved on your phone first and sent to the live match when your connection returns. People watching will see the score catch up.
How do I restore Scorecord Pro?
Open the Pro screen in Scorecord and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Google Play or App Store account you bought with. This restores active subscriptions and lifetime access.
I am seeing ads. Can I remove them?
Scorecord Pro removes ads everywhere in the app, including for people watching your live match. Ads never appear next to the scoring keys. See the Pro page for plans.
How do I undo a ball I scored by mistake?
Tap Undo under the keys. It reverses the whole last ball, including strike, the over strip and the score.
Where are my matches stored?
On your phone, by default. They are only sent to our servers if you sign in and go live or back up. Deleting the app removes local-only matches.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. You can also request deletion from the account deletion page.
Writing to us?
The fastest way to a fix is to include what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. Add your phone model, Android version and the Scorecord version if you can find it. The email button above fills those prompts in for you. Please do not send passwords or payment details.
