Ready to clear the book?

Delete your account and the match data we hold on our servers. It takes a minute, and we confirm before anything is removed.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Scorecord and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Follow the confirmation steps. Your account and server data are deleted.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app, tell us which account to delete. Use the email address you signed in with, so we can match it.

This opens your email app with the request filled in. Sending it from the address you signed in with is what lets us confirm it is you. Nothing is deleted until we confirm with you.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details
  • Matches you backed up or shared live
  • Ball-by-ball events
  • Saved players

May remain

  • Purchase records, held by Google Play or the App Store
  • Short-lived backups and security logs for a limited period, as described in the privacy policy

Local-only matches

Matches that never left your phone are not on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete. Deleting the app, or clearing its data, removes them.
